Nightride is a dryly humorous real time one shot thriller set on the midnight streets of Belfast. It places us in the driver’s seat with smalltime dealer Budge as he tries to pull one last deal with cash borrowed from a dangerous loan shark.。整形外科医师小鸟田雄志（加藤雅也 饰）俊朗潇洒，医术高明，因曾为诸多演艺圈明星施行手术而声名显赫，更被公众称为“上帝之手”。而这个风华正茂并且做得一手好菜钻石王老五却有着鲜为人知的自卑经历，某天一个不经意的决定改变了他的人生。 在一次手术过后，他将人体脂肪带回家做成料理吃掉。为这美味所吸引，小鸟田逐渐对人肉产生兴趣。自此，不断有心怀爱慕的妙龄女郎落入小鸟田设下的浪漫陷阱…… 本片根据大石圭的小说《湘南人肉医》改编。。
