继上一集结尾，巫师发现给公爵的药里少放了一味药。这使缇波公爵和随从安德烈被送到了1793年。此时正值法国大革命，而在这个时期，他们又意外碰到了和自己相貌相似的各自的后人，并发生了一系列啼笑皆非的故事。而结尾同样出人意料……。The play tells the story of a young couple, Cathy (played by Carol White) and Reg (Ray Brooks).
