It follows four young men, driven by their respective troubles and torment, who decide to sell their bodies for sex.。一座孤城，两个骗子，三方势力。 骗子贾毅征伪装成特派员骗得了县城协防军司令胡锭邦的一笔巨款，在逃亡到县城的过程中，阴差阳错被与日本人秘密合作并图谋叛国的县长谢千里当成了真特派员，两人各怀鬼胎，为了自己的利益使出浑身解数尔虞我诈，过程中上演啼笑皆非的荒诞大戏。经过一系列遭遇后，最终贾毅征投身正义，加入革命抗日道路。。
