节目由嘉宾游戏探访并体验澳门当地美食为主线，延伸了解澳门元素、故事、人文的美食类真人秀节目。本季节目将聚焦街头小吃和澳门美食，嘉宾通过游戏的方式决定嘉宾在澳门行动路径，以极速打卡的方式在行动路径中到达澳门街头美食店面，寻觅澳门美食完成经营比拼等任务打卡。节目以节目力量支持澳门融入国家发展大局、加强粤港澳大湾区文化和旅游建设。。As "Alone" enters its fourth season, the competition series shakes things up with a new twist: the contestants are dropped off in a remote location as pairs.
