Quique is dispatched to a village in deep Spain Teruel to lead its politics of recuperation but soon discovers he was sent there so that his girlfriend and leader of his party could spend more time together。在第15季，结束了警察学校研修的冠城亘（反町隆史饰）将正式回归警视厅。在大家都觉得他会重新回到特命科，与杉下右京（水谷丰饰）重新搭档时，没想到他却被分派到了总务部宣传科？！因为警视厅本就讨厌精英官僚出身的警官，所以故意不把冠城派到他想去的部门。另外，仲间由纪惠将出演总务部宣传课的课长，也是冠城的直属上司社美弥子。。
