群山环绕的张家大滩，坐落于兰州市郊。村民们朴实、善良，在张村长的带领下，世代以种葱、种瓜为生。张磊是张家大滩走出的第一个大学生，毕业于西北师范大学。毕业后，他毅然放弃了留在城市的机会，决定回到生他养他的故乡。。一次偶然的机会，依靠各种打零工度日的易然成为了五星级酒店试睡员，并与肖穆丞不打不相识，谁知肖穆丞竟是酒店的总监，易然的顶头上司。在酒店的日常工作中，二人遇到了形形色色的住客以及酒店经营不善的困境，易然和肖穆丞携手解决酒店危机。两个不同世界的人在朝夕相处中虽然矛盾重重，却不知不觉相互靠近……。This film is not about the revolution that changed Ukraine this winter.
