科学家宴向和妻子徐半夏为了给女儿捐献骨髓坐上了回国的飞机，但飞机上突发爆炸，宴向进入了时间循环，为了拯救全机人的生命宴向开始寻找放置炸弹的凶手想要阻止爆炸，因此和飞机上的乘客以及空乘发生了激烈冲突……。A film director gathers his favorite actresses, those he worked with and those he loved. He wants to make a film about women but he doesn’t reveal much: he observes them, takes cue, until his imaginary throw them into another era, in a past where the noise of the sewing machines fills a workplace handled and populated by women, where men have minor and marginal roles and cinema...。坂东晴希（米内佑希 配音）曾经渴望成为一名柔道运动员，然而随着对这项运动的深入了解，晴希渐渐发现，自己也许永远都无法参透其中的精髓了。于是，晴希选择了放弃。桥本一马（冈本信彦 配音）是晴希青梅竹马的玩伴，看到晴希消沉的模样，一马组建了独一无二的男子拉拉队“BREAKERS”，邀请晴希加入。 就这样，晴希进入了一个前所未知的新世界。和晴希一起的，还有性格非常严厉，但穿衣品味风格异常糟糕的德川翔（小野友树 配音）、虽然体格现状，但毫无运动细胞的沟口涉（杉田智和 配音）、重量级选手，想要通过跳啦啦操来减肥的远野浩司（林勇 配音）。。
