In the near future, Norway is occupied by Russia on behalf of the European Union, due to the fact that the newly elected environmental friendly Norwegian government has stopped the all important oil- and gas-production in the North Sea。“推し活”をテーマにした本作は、推し活にはまる高校3年生の港区女子高生とクラスメイトたちの物語。生まれながらに普通の人の100倍色が見える主人公・倉石えなは、ある出来ごとから絵を描くことを封印しているが、タレント・園宮蓮という初めての推しを見つけ絵を描くことを再開する。。
