Desperados is described as a “female Hangover” in which three women travel to Las Vegas “to set right a situation that had one of the women leaving a scathing message for a man she actually likes.”。一个农民因幼时打针导致听力障碍，平时需戴助听器，能说简单的对话。善良淳朴的他因为一张神秘的明信片而向往外面世界，几次欲离开大山，却都因意外未果。反复六次之后，克服种种困难，历经多次磨难，终于来到城市，见到一直萦绕在梦里的那个图腾般的城市地标。
