全国首档社区生活体验真人秀。整季节目以委托的形式邀请明星嘉宾组成里予家族，成为首批社区居民入住里予空间。他们将通过策划主题、改造场地、邀请游客、开办集会等方式，在12期节目中把里予社区逐步构建成集艺术、环保、潮流为一体的青年文化聚集地。为观众打造一场场“奇趣”的社交活动，呈现当代年轻人“野plus”般态度表达的综艺盛宴。。节目召集热爱中国功夫的14位青年，在3位铁血教头的指导陪伴下，研习传统武术、修习演技实力、磨练动作技艺，展开功夫对决。以复刻“中国动作影视作品”名场面为检验手段，接受四轮拍片挑战，最终诞生出一位年度动作新生。。Dynamic Alan Gaskell captains a ship bound from Hong Kong to Singapore.
