当代日本，三名曾经同窗的女性各自品味着人生的辛酸。看似美满的家庭主妇香山知子（铃木保奈美饰）终日操劳，但得不到家人的重视和尊重；音乐经纪人黑川薰（高岛礼子饰）全力拼搏，为了得到母亲的赞许甚至牺牲了个人的幸福；赤坂晴美（坂井真纪饰）身处社会最底层，靠着自己的双手努力求生。某天，知子意外发现当红的偶像歌手Sion（东出昌大饰）与高中时代的同学花房绚长相极其相似。不久，她和另外两位好友在花房的邀请下重新聚首。原来花房拥有青春永驻的能力，他愿意帮助这三名失意的女性重返青春岁月，让她们重新把握主宰各自的人生…… 本片根据垣谷美雨的同名原著改编。。A film director gathers his favorite actresses, those he worked with and those he loved.
